• The arms of the pallets are provided with a damping mechanism in each one of them. This system of cushioning is adjustable by means of silentblocs. This device ensures a smoother and more smooth running, as well as a quick and precise adjustment of the distance between the pallets and the surface of the tank. p>
• The mixing blades are made of alloy white cast iron, being replaceable and adjustable for maximum use, designed each for their specific function. p>
• The central gearmotor responsible for operating the GAGO turbo mixers, which is placed in vertical position, is a special variant of cylindrical gear motor monobloc specially designed for agitation applications. It admits radial and axial loads, as well as very high bending moments. P>
• The secondary transmission is formed by linear gear trains built in steel, chrome, nickel, hardened, tempered, tempered and rectified by their adjustment parts, mounted on roller bearings. p>
• The entire gear reducer and secondary gear system is mounted inside a hermetically sealed casing, which, while isolating dust and dirt, contains the lubricant that keeps the mechanism in a permanent bath oil. p>
• The mixers are unloaded by means of a circular sector gate, with rotation on its own axis resting on ball bearings. Optionally, mixers can be supplied with up to two additional discharge gates. p>
• The mixers have a hydraulic group that activates the opening and closing of the discharge, by means of the corresponding cylinder, being able to open manually in case of lack of electrical fluid by actuating the lever of the auxiliary pump. p>
• All our turbo mixer models can be supplied optionally with their corresponding aggregate loading skip. The skip is equipped with a self-braking motor and a roller drum equipped with a safety system. p>
• Made of high strength steel: The bottoms and sides of the cuba are protected by high-resistance alloy steel interchangeable steel plates, fastened with Allen screws and built In sectors for greater comfort in the substitution operations. Optionally, these protections can be provided in special castings of alloy castings.
• Automatic opening and closing: These mixers have a built-in hydraulic unit that activates the opening and closing of the discharge, through the corresponding cylinder, which can be opened manually in case of lack of Electric fluid by actuating the auxiliary pump lever.
